REFUNDS / EXHANGES

SADIIQA The Label has a 10-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sadiiqathelabel.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.


Exceptions / Non-refundable Items
Items with no faults/damages are not eligible for an exchange or refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once your package has been returned, our team will inspect the content and advise if return is accepted. If approved, refund will be automatically returned to original payment method. If return is not approved, customer will be responsible for costs of returning item back to customer.

Please note that it may take 5 - 7 business days after return is accepted for funds to appear in your bank account.


Unclaimed Parcel

When we receive a returned parcel due to it being unclaimed, the customer will be contacted via email to confirm if the order is still wanted. If so, payment of postage fee will be required to re-despatch. If customer chooses to cancel the order, the order excluding shipping fee will be refunded. 
Once the refund takes place, an automated email will be sent to the customer. 

Order not Recieved?

If you did not receive your order, please contact us via info@sadiiqathelabel.com to resolve your matter. Please contact us within 3 weeks from the date your order was placed or your claim will not be accepted.

Standard Shippping

Please allow 2-3 days for processing and an additional 5 - 8 days for shipping


Express Delivery

Please allow 2-3 days for processing and an additional 2 - 3 days for shipping


International Delivery

All orders outside of Australia can take between 15 - 20 business days.
